🔧 Position: Bodyshop Advisor (Nexa & Arena)
📍 Location: Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar, Gujarat
💼 Experience: 1+ Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
🚘 Industry: Automobile / Dealership Preferred
💰 CTC: Up to ₹3.60 LPA
📌 Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to handle vehicle repair consultations, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure timely, quality vehicle delivery while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Inspect accident/damaged vehicles and prepare job cards & repair estimates
• Coordinate with Bodyshop Technicians and Insurance Surveyors
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and delivery timelines
• Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery
• Explain completed repairs, billing and insurance claim details
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high customer satisfaction
✅ Requirements
• 1+ year of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor / Service Advisor
• Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Knowledge of insurance claim processes and body repair operations
• Valid 4-Wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
