✔ Experience in Genomics / Molecular Diagnostics / Bioinformatics
✔ LIMS, NGS, Clinical Genomics, or Healthcare Software
✔ Python, Django, React, SQL, Linux (for Software & Bioinformatics roles)
✔ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
✔ Passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes
