Job Title: BIM Trainer – Civil / Mechanical / ElectricalJob Summary
We are seeking experienced BIM Trainers specializing in Civil, Mechanical (MEP), and Electrical disciplines to deliver high-quality, industry-oriented BIM training programs. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on BIM experience with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and related BIM tools. Candidates with prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on BIM methodologies and Autodesk Revit.
- Train students and professionals on real-world BIM workflows and industry best practices.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct hands-on project-based training for Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide trainees in BIM standards, documentation, and coordination processes.
- Support students with interview preparation, portfolio development, and placement readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software updates, and industry standards.

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of hands-on BIM experience in the relevant domain.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an added advantage.
Experience- 3–4 Years of relevant BIM industry experience.
