About the Role
FIST Engineering Solution is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM implementation, coordination, and project delivery across multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Architecture, Structure, and MEP BIM, along with proven leadership and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM teams across multiple disciplines and projects.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, BEP, and project execution strategies.
- Oversee BIM model development and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
- Review models for LOD 400 and LOD 500 requirements, accuracy, and quality.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and internal teams.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, families, libraries, and workflows.
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and model quality.
- Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Lead BIM meetings and coordination reviews.
- Mentor and develop BIM Coordinators, Modelers, and other team members.
- Support project teams in implementing efficient BIM processes and digital workflows.
- Ensure proper documentation and information management throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall BIM experience, with prior experience in a BIM Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM projects involving MEP, Architecture, and Structure.
- Strong understanding of LOD 300, 400 & 500, BIM standards, and model QA/QC.
- Experience with BEP, BIM execution, coordination, and information management.
- Strong understanding of Revit Family Creation and Management.
- Experience working on GCC and/or Australian projects is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Preferred
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and international BIM standards.
- Experience with 4D/5D BIM, COBie, and digital delivery workflows is an advantage.
