CLIENT: One of the largest and most premium entertainment company looking for RENOVATION PROJECT MANAGERS in all zones.
Key Drivers:
- Manage regional multiplex renovation project execution across cities and locations.
- Project Planning, Management, Project Co-ordination and Scheduling up to L4 schedule for Cinema Fit Out Projects.
- Preparation and updating Project Schedule; Updating and preparing weekly/ Monthly Progress Reports.
- Managed all construction activities following project approvals and coordinated work with Developer and Property Management this includes phasing, staging and site logistics.
- Coordinating contractors, consultants, vendors, materials and manpower against project schedules.
- Preparing the Cost to Complete (CTC) of project on a monthly basis to ensure that cash flow and expenses are in line with the Budget of the project.
- Enforce QA/QC, HSE, ensure adherence to building codes, permits, safety and regulatory standards
Incumbent Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture with minimum 10 years of experience in fit out works.
- Proven abilities in execution of Projects; optimizing resource & capacity utilization, operational efficiencies, while curtailing costs & maintaining the activities on schedule.
- Skilled in MS Project, PMP professional.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 18 LPA
