Role Description The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing, updating, and managing detailed 3D models that support architectural, structural, and MEP design and construction activities. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that BIM models are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project standards. The role involves collaborating with project teams to resolve design conflicts, preparing model-based documentation, and assisting in the implementation of BIM workflows and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dholera, requiring close coordination with other team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows; ability to create, manage, and update coordinated 3D models.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and practical experience translating design concepts into detailed digital models.
- Experience as a Modeler, including working with multidisciplinary project teams and maintaining organized model structures.
- Understanding of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into BIM models for clash detection and coordination.
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce Construction Drawings and model-based documentation with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar) and basic CAD tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site team environment.
- Relevant degree in architecture, civil engineering, building services, or a related field; prior experience in BIM modeling for AEC projects is an advantage.
