BIM Lead – MEP / Digital Twin **Immediate Hiring**

We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead – MEP to lead BIM modeling, MEP coordination, clash detection, LOD compliance, and Digital Twin integration for infrastructure, telecom, commercial, industrial, and smart infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP BIM modeling and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Develop and manage Revit MEP models for HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, and telecom systems.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, civil, and telecom models.
- Review routing of ducts, pipes, cable trays, conduits, equipment, shafts, risers, and service spaces.
- Manage LOD compliance, model federation, BIM QA/QC, and model health.
- Coordinate BIM models with LiDAR, point clouds, GIS, and survey data.
- Prepare BIM models for Digital Twin integration and visualization.
- Manage BIM collaboration using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Lead BIM modelers/coordinators and review project deliverables.
- Support BIM Execution Plans, coordination reports, clash reports, and issue tracking.
- Support BIM automation using Dynamo/Python.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, Building Services, or related field.
- 5+ years of BIM experience, with strong MEP coordination experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Strong knowledge of BIM, LOD, clash detection, model federation, shared coordinates, and QA/QC.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, industrial, data center, telecom, infrastructure, or smart city projects.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Python, and ISO 19650.
- Exposure to GIS, LiDAR, Cesium, IoT, and Digital Twin workflows.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary BIM teams.
