- Ensure modelling accuracy appropriate to the project's specified Level of Development (LOD).
4. Quality Reporting & Corrective Actions
- Prepare QA/QC reports identifying errors, observations, and required corrections.
- Categorise issues based on severity, priority, and impact on project deliverables.
- Coordinate with BIM architects and project leads to resolve identified issues.
- Verify corrections before approving documentation for client submission.
- Track recurring errors and recommend preventive measures.

- Experience mentoring junior architects or BIM modellers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed based on:
- First-Time Quality: Percentage of drawing packages approved during initial QC review.
- Client Markup Reduction: Reduction in technical errors and repeat observations from clients.
- Documentation Accuracy: Accuracy and completeness of architectural drawings and BIM models.
- QC Turnaround Time: Timely completion of quality reviews without affecting project deadlines.
- Corrective Action Closure: Timely identification, tracking, and verification of corrections.
- Process Improvement: Implementation of preventive measures, quality standards, and team training.
What We Expect
We are seeking someone who takes complete ownership of documentation quality rather than simply checking drawings against a checklist.

- Our objective is to achieve consistently high-quality, client-ready BIM deliverables with minimal errors, reduced rework, and improved client confidence.
