Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced BI Developer with 8–10 years of total experience and at least
Mandatory Technology Requirement
Candidate must have at least 2 of the following 3 skills:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop insightful BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Translate business requirements into ETL/ELT, data models, and visualization solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data definitions.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes, SQL queries, data models, and reusable reporting objects.
- Work with MySQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, governance, and performance.
- Optimize queries and BI solutions for cost, scalability, and performance.
- Support self-service BI and provide training to business users.
- Conduct requirements gathering, documentation, demos, and stakeholder discussions.
- Work independently with US-based business and technology teams with considerable CST overlap.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Proven experience working directly with C-level executives
- Media & Advertising experience preferred
