Job Description – Technical Analyst (PAM)
Role
Technical Analyst – Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Key Technical Skills

- Implementation of privileged access management tools
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong understanding of PAM concepts and privileged access management.
- Design and implement PAM solutions and modules.
- Understand and manage PAM/IAM integrations and related business workflows.
- Guide deployment and upgrade activities for PAM modules and perform post-upgrade validation.
- Prepare and manage schedules/reports related to PAM activities.
- Work across Windows, database, and Unix/Linux environments, including both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Manage vendors and align vendor deliverables with project objectives.
- Integrate PAM with core security capabilities such as Active Directory, MFA, and SIEM.
- Handle incidents, service requests, change requests, and problems through ServiceNow.
- Work with Active Directory, LDAP, and databases.
- Develop and support scripts using PowerShell, SQL and database scripting.
- Work on API integrations and Python scripting.
- Apply basic security principles, standards, and techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and meet project deadlines.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written English communication skills.

Good-to-Have
- Hands-on implementation experience with privileged access management tools.
- API integration and Python scripting.
- PowerShell, SQL and database scripting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PAM and BeyondTrust, with good knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, databases, PAM/IAM integrations, and security tools. Experience in PAM deployment, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and vendor management will be preferred.
