Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter with experience in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants on the bench, generating placement opportunities, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring successful consultant placements across C2C opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through job portals, vendor networks, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing firms.
- Match consultant skills with client requirements and submit qualified candidates.
- Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews, client feedback, onboarding, and placement activities.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding project status and availability.
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant pipelines using ATS/CRM tools.
- Ensure all consultant profiles, resumes, and compliance documents are up to date.
- Meet weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or Bench Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT Staffing industry and C2C hiring process.
- Experience working with H1B, GC, USC, GC-EAD, and H4-EAD consultants.
- Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong network of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as Ceipal, JobDiva, or Bullhorn.
- Knowledge of US tax terms, visa types, and employment models (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and skill sets.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
