Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Beautician at L'Oréal Paris. The Beautician will provide virtual beauty consultations, recommend suitable products, and guide clients on skincare, haircare, and makeup routines. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating application techniques via digital platforms, responding to client inquiries, and customizing beauty solutions based on individual needs and preferences. The role also involves staying current with L'Oréal Paris product lines and beauty trends, maintaining accurate client notes, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience. The Beautician is expected to deliver professional, inclusive, and customer-centered service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in beauty services such as makeup application, skincare routines, and haircare advice, preferably in a salon, spa, or retail environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to conduct clear, engaging, and empathetic consultations in a remote setting.
- Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms, including video calls, chat, and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and familiarity with L'Oréal Paris products or similar professional beauty brands.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records of client interactions.
- Commitment to providing inclusive, non-discriminatory, and culturally sensitive beauty advice to a diverse client base.
- Relevant certification or training in cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty therapy is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
