Role Description The BDE Agent (Business Development Executive) is a full-time remote role responsible for promoting the society’s financial products and services, building relationships with potential and existing members, and supporting branch growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, explaining loan and deposit schemes, guiding members through application processes, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The BDE Agent will coordinate with branch teams, conduct follow-ups via phone and digital channels, and provide timely updates on member feedback and market trends. The position also includes achieving sales and outreach targets, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and delivering member-centric service in line with the society’s values.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess abilities in customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving to understand member needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and documentation skills to manage leads, maintain records, and support remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
- Working knowledge of local languages in key operating regions is an advantage for member interaction.
