Amendss is an AI-powered, psychology-led relationship wellness platform helping individuals and couples build healthier, happier relationships through AI guidance, professional coaching, games, rituals, and personalized experiences.
We’re looking for a Growth & User Acquisition Expert to help us scale Amendss rapidly.
What You’ll Do
* Own user growth from acquisition → activation → retention → monetization.
* Build and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and emerging channels.
* Develop organic, influencer, UGC, referral, partnership and viral growth strategies.
* Optimize ASO, onboarding, conversion funnels and user engagement.
* Track CAC, LTV, retention, ROAS, conversion and other key growth metrics.
* Run rapid A/B tests and growth experiments to identify scalable acquisition channels.
* Work closely with founders, product, design and content teams to drive growth.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in app growth, user acquisition, growth marketing or consumer startups.
* Proven ability to acquire and scale users for a mobile app/product.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, funnels and retention.
* Hands-on, highly data-driven and experimental mindset.
* Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Firebase/GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, AppsFlyer/Adjust is a plus.
* Experience with influencers, UGC, communities or viral growth is highly desirable.
* Startup experience and an entrepreneurial mindset are a big plus.
