Position: Performance Marketing- D2C Brands
Location: On-site – Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and optimise Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Focus on lead generation and conversion optimisation
- Conduct keyword research, run A/B tests, and iterate on ad creatives
- Monitor performance metrics: CTR, conversion rates, CPA
- Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies in alignment with business goals
- Generate, analyse, and present campaign performance reports
Requirement:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google & Meta Ads
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools and strong analytical skills
- Note: Immediate Joiner would be preferred.
