ReadyAssist is hiring: Sales Manager – OEM Acquisition
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead OEM acquisition and strategic relationship development for our Roadside Assistance (RSA) business across India.
Important: Please do not apply if you do not have relevant automotive OEM acquisition / OEM relationship experience. We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong OEM network and proven OEM business development experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales and business development with automobile OEMs across 2W, PV, CV and EV segments.
- Identify, engage and acquire new OEM partnerships through the complete sales cycle — pitching, negotiation, closure and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior OEM stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Drive revenue growth, account expansion and contract renewals.
- Work closely with Product, Operations and Technology teams to develop customized RSA solutions for OEM customers.
- Track market trends, competition and customer feedback to strengthen the value proposition.
- Lead presentations, proposals, commercial discussions and OEM business reviews.
- Represent ReadyAssist at industry events, auto expos and OEM forums.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B Sales experience.
- Strong and proven experience in automobile OEM acquisition / OEM relationship management.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience working directly with automobile OEMs or in the Roadside Assistance ecosystem.
- Strong network and relationships with OEM decision-makers.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, solution selling and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently drive strategic sales initiatives across India.
- Comfortable working with technology-driven, AI-enabled platforms and collaborating with Product, Tech and Operations teams.
