About:
The way companies work with independent professionals is changing, and the market is asking for something different from what exists today. Aitie Plug, the business side of Aitie, is our answer. We're about to launch, and we're looking for someone to build it with us from zero.
ROLE: Growth, Sales & Client Success Lead (B2B)
This is not a role where you wait for a brief. There isn't one yet. You'll write it. And you won't hand clients off to anyone: you own them from the first message to the renewal and beyond.
What you'll do
- Own the full lifecycle of every B2B client: outreach, demos, sales, onboarding, activation, retention, renewals, and expansion
- Own all B2B go-to-market and marketing: positioning, messaging, content, and campaigns
- Come up with out-of-the-box ways to reach and win businesses, not just the usual outbound playbook
- Talk to companies, agencies, and the independent professionals they hire, and turn what you learn into sharper positioning and a better product
- Be the face of Aitie to our business clients, and bring their feedback straight back to the team
- Build and track the pipeline and client health, and tell us plainly what's working and what isn't
- Lead and mentor our interns, and give them real work from day one
Why join before launch?
- Your first customers will be your customers. You'll find them, pitch them, close them, onboard them, and grow with them.
- You'll build the B2B playbook instead of inheriting one.
- You'll work directly with the founding team, and you're free to challenge our thinking, not just execute it.
- Real ownership. Growth here isn't an annual cycle. You grow as we grow.
You might be our person if you
- Have 2-6 years in B2B sales, growth, or account management at a SaaS, HR-tech, staffing, or marketplace company
- Have owned client relationships end to end, and enjoy both winning a new account and growing an existing one
- Are comfortable running a demo and a campaign in the same week
- Are curious about people and love a good conversation with a stranger
- Come with opinions, back them with numbers, and change your mind when the data says so
- Get excited by a blank page instead of nervous about it
Bonus: experience selling to HR's, staffing agencies or growth-stage teams.
The honest bit: we're pre-launch, so things will change, and you'll be the one changing them. If you want a polished machine and a clear brief, this isn't it. If you want to build something from scratch, let's talk.
