B2B Sales & Business Development Executive – Corporate & Event Gifting
Chris Aura Living is looking for a proactive, ambitious and target-oriented B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to help us grow our Corporate & Event Gifting business, with an immediate focus on Diwali 2026 gifting.
This is a freelance/independent, flexible role. You have the freedom to work from anywhere and build your own approach to sales. We are not focused on where you work from — we are focused on the opportunities and business you bring in.
🎯 Your primary responsibility
Build a pipeline of corporate and event gifting opportunities and convert them into paid orders.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying companies with corporate gifting requirements
- Connecting with HR, Admin, Procurement, Founders and decision-makers
- Finding and approaching event management companies and wedding planners
- Building relationships with corporate gifting and event agencies
- Prospecting through LinkedIn, calls, email, WhatsApp, networking and referrals
- Understanding client requirements, budgets and quantities
- Sharing our corporate gifting catalogue and proposals
- Generating quotation opportunities
- Following up consistently and converting prospects into orders
- Maintaining a structured lead database for future business
📊 Initial 30-Day Targets
- 200–300 qualified leads
- 150+ prospects contacted
- 20–30 genuine business conversations
- 5–10 quotation opportunities
- 2–5 paid orders targeted
The focus is not simply on the number of calls or messages.
We care about qualified leads → genuine conversations → quotations → orders → revenue.
👤 Who we're looking for
Ideally 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
Experience in any of these areas is a plus:
- Corporate gifting
- Promotional products
- Event management
- Wedding/event services
- Printing & branding
- Premium gifting
- FMCG
- Lifestyle products
- Employee engagement
- B2B services
Candle industry experience is not required.
We're looking for someone who is confident with prospecting, cold outreach, relationship building, follow-ups and closing.
💰 Compensation
₹15,000/month fixed + sales incentives based on business generated
The sales incentive is performance-based and uncapped, giving you the opportunity to earn more as you generate more business.
