About Rivram Inc.
Rivram Inc. is a US-based technology company building FilePilot.tax, an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to help accounting and tax professionals automate their workflows.
FilePilot helps firms streamline client onboarding, document collection, automated follow-ups, data processing and document delivery, allowing accountants to spend less time on administrative work and more time serving their clients.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial B2B SaaS sales professional to help us acquire, onboard and grow our customer base in the United States.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to become an early member of our sales and growth team. You will take ownership of the entire customer acquisition journey, from identifying potential customers and conducting product demonstrations to closing deals and successfully onboarding new accounts.
We are looking for someone who can go beyond traditional sales and help build a repeatable customer acquisition process from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Sales & Customer Acquisition
Identify and reach out to US-based CPA firms, tax professionals and accounting businesses.
Build a sales pipeline through LinkedIn, cold emails, outbound calls, referrals and other channels.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective customers.
Manage negotiations, follow-ups and deal closures.
Develop strategies to consistently acquire new paying customers.
2. Customer Onboarding & Success
Own the onboarding process for newly acquired customers.
Help accounting firms configure FilePilot and integrate it into their existing workflows.
Conduct product training and ensure customers successfully adopt the platform.
Maintain relationships with customers to encourage retention, renewals and account growth.
3. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Experiment with different customer acquisition channels and outreach strategies.
Understand customer pain points and communicate FilePilot's value proposition effectively.
Collaborate directly with the founders and product development team.
Collect customer feedback to influence product development and identify new market opportunities.
Who We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or technology products.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate with US-based customers.
Experience with prospecting, cold outreach, product demonstrations and closing deals.
Ability to work independently, take ownership and build processes in an early-stage company.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales automation platforms.
Experience selling software to accounting firms, financial services businesses or US customers would be a significant advantage.
Location & Working Hours
The position is based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates from other cities who are willing to relocate to Udaipur are encouraged to apply.
As our primary customers are in the United States, the role will require working hours that overlap with US business hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive fixed salary with performance-based incentives linked to customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with the founders, take ownership of an international SaaS sales operation and grow into a leadership role as the business scales.
How to Apply
Send your resume along with a brief introduction covering your B2B sales experience, any experience selling to US customers, and how you would approach acquiring the first 20 customers for FilePilot.tax.
