Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for an Ayurveda Online Consultant. The consultant will conduct virtual consultations, assess client health concerns, review medical and lifestyle histories, and recommend individualized Ayurvedic treatments and wellness plans. Daily responsibilities include documenting consultations, following up with clients, addressing queries through digital channels, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality. The role involves educating clients on Ayurveda principles, guiding them on diet, lifestyle, and herbal support, and monitoring progress over time. The consultant may also support awareness activities, participate in training sessions, and contribute feedback to improve AyusHub’s online services.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Consulting abilities to assess client needs, develop personalized Ayurveda-based wellness plans, and provide ongoing guidance.
- Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, handle inquiries, and maintain a supportive, professional demeanor.
- Sales and Training skills to explain service offerings, support client onboarding, and participate in educational sessions or workshops.
- Recognized qualification in Ayurveda (e.g., BAMS or equivalent) and valid registration as applicable.
- Experience with online consultation platforms, basic computer skills, and comfort working with digital records.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage a full-time schedule, and maintain confidentiality and ethical clinical practice.
- Prior experience in clinical Ayurveda practice or wellness consulting is preferred.
