WE’RE HIRING | Automation Lead – SRE Governance
Are you passionate about AI-driven automation, AIOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)?
We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead – SRE Governance to drive an AI-first, lean IT/SRE support model by leveraging Generative AI, intelligent workflow automation, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SRE and IT support automation initiatives.
- Implement AI/GenAI and LLM-based solutions for ticket classification, incident summarization, intelligent routing, and knowledge recommendations.
- Drive incident trend analysis, recurring issue detection, predictive insights, and alert noise reduction.
- Enable intelligent SOP/runbook recommendations, ChatOps, Microsoft Teams integration, and self-service solutions.
- Optimize knowledge management through AI-driven content analysis and knowledge gap identification.
- Automate SRE governance reporting, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Establish automation standards, governance frameworks, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Deliver measurable improvements in MTTR, ticket deflection, operational efficiency, and reduced manual effort.

✅ Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and AIOps
✅ ITSM, ITIL, incident and problem management
✅ Observability, monitoring, and alert management
✅ ChatOps, knowledge management, and self-service automation
✅ Automation governance and operational analytics
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
