Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Designer role based in Noida. The Autocad Designer will prepare and update detailed drawings, layouts, and plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, railways, drainage, and related structures. Daily responsibilities include interpreting design briefs, converting engineering concepts into precise CAD drawings, and coordinating with design engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. The role involves revising drawings based on feedback, maintaining organized drawing records, and supporting the preparation of construction and working drawings. The Autocad Designer will also assist in space planning and detailing for architectural and structural components as required.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Drawing and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce clear and accurate technical documentation.
- Experience in Architectural Drawings and Space Planning for infrastructure and built environment projects.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with design engineers, project managers, and field teams.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and related CAD software; familiarity with civil/structural design standards is desirable.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of infrastructure design concepts (roads, bridges, railways, drainage) and basic understanding of survey data.
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and readiness to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment.
- Previous experience in consultancy or infrastructure design projects is an advantage.
