Role Description The Autocad Designer will work on-site in Nashik in a full-time capacity, preparing detailed CAD drawings and documentation for architectural and construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and modifying architectural and construction drawings, developing layout plans, and supporting space planning for various project types. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet technical standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The Autocad Designer will also review and update drawings based on feedback, maintain drawing files and standards, and help resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Qualifications
- Ability to produce accurate Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings using AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Strong Drawing skills with attention to detail and capability to translate concepts into clear technical plans.
- Experience with Space Planning, including functional layouts and efficient use of available areas.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts clearly.
- Relevant technical education in architecture, civil engineering, interior design, or drafting (diploma or degree preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized documentation.
- Prior experience in an AutoCAD, Solid works, or any other related tool is an advantage.
