Shah Surendra & Associates (Chartered Accountants) is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts & Tax Assistant to join our practice in Jaipur.
If you have a solid foundation in statutory tax compliances, portal filings, and accounting, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies
* GST compliance: Monthly/quarterly return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GSTR-2B reconciliations
* TDS compliance: Quarterly return filing (Forms 24Q and 26Q), challan payments, and certificate generation
* End-to-end bookkeeping, voucher entries, ledger finalization, and bank reconciliation
* Assisting with audit documentation and tax portal communications
Candidate Profile:
* Education: B.Com Graduate or CA Intermediate
* Software Skills: Tally Prime / Busy, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots), and hands-on familiarity with the Income Tax, GST, and TRACES portals
* Experience: Prior experience in a CA firm or taxation practice preferred; freshers with strong portal and domain fundamentals are welcome
