Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Streaming Framework Developer with strong Embedded C programming skills, based in Bengaluru South. The developer will design, implement, and optimize audio streaming frameworks for embedded platforms, focusing on low-latency, high-reliability audio delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining embedded C code, integrating audio processing components, and working closely with hardware and system teams to ensure seamless audio performance. The role involves debugging and profiling audio pipelines, improving resource utilization, and ensuring compatibility with various audio interfaces and protocols. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and prepare technical documentation for internal and customer use.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in embedded C programming for real-time systems, including memory management, optimization, and debugging on resource-constrained devices.
- Proven background in designing and implementing audio streaming frameworks or audio middleware on embedded or consumer electronics platforms.
- Familiarity with audio codecs, streaming protocols (e.g., RTP/RTSP), and communication interfaces (e.g., I2S, HDMI, USB audio) is highly beneficial.
- Experience with embedded operating systems (e.g., Linux, RTOS), version control systems, and continuous integration workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment.
