Associate Tax Manager

motivated Associate Tax Manager to support our expert team with tax and accounting matters related to
General Partners, corporate capital assets, VC/PE firms, and other satellite entities.
This
junior-level role is perfect for someone eager to build a strong foundation in tax and accounting. You’ll gain
hands-on experience across diverse client structures, working side-by-side with experienced colleagues who are invested in your growth.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Annual Financial Statements
- Assist in the accounting and preparation of annual financial statements, including mandatory disclosures (Offenlegung).
- Support the preparation of corporate income and trade tax returns, VAT filings, and payroll processes.
- Collaborate with our tax assistants (SteuFA), particularly in payroll and VAT matters
Tax Filings
Support The Preparation Of
- Corporate income tax and trade tax returns.
- Vat Filings
- Payroll processes and filings
- Contribute to annual financial statements and partnership tax returns for VC, PE, and Fund-of-Funds structures (together with Felix and the team)
Partnership Reporting
- Together with Felix and the team, contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements and partnership tax returns for VC, PE, and FoF structures.
- Help further develop Talix (our proprietary fund tax software) and other internal tools
Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Interest in fund structures, venture capital and private equity
- Team spirit, proactivity, and a desire to learn and grow
