What will be your responsibi
lities:
· Identify, analyze, and quantify research and development tax credit benefits for American bu
sinesses· Review executed client contracts, documentation etc. to identify which meet the requirements for the R&D ta
x credit· Draft phased reports and legal memoranda highlighting each client’s unique activities while utilizing your legal
prowess· Collaborate with other members of the consulting team while to develop custom reports for
clients· Ability to own and actively manage your docket across a variety of industries including but not limited to software, apparel, construction, engineering, and food and b
everage.· Become and act as a Subject Matter Expert on tax specialt

Individuals with 0 -2 years of Professional ex - perience. A law degree from an accredited law school in India, the U.S., or another common law jur
