About the role:
Needs to work closely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Be able take up continuous improvement ideas, initiatives, managing team and MIS reporting, maintain synchrony in the team. Be able to create and define SOP’s, TATs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
What you will do
- Lead & manage a team of associates/SMEs independently
- Drive revenue analytics to improve reimbursements
- Reduce revenue leakage across RCM processes
- Analyze contracts, denials & underpayments
- Deliver on productivity, quality & efficiency targets
- Manage attrition, shrinkage & performance
- Set clear goals, allocate work & track outcomes
- Run huddles, resolve conflicts & ensure team alignment
- Communicate insights to US stakeholders
- Manage MIS, dashboards & reporting
- Oversee inventory, quality (TNI) & operations
- Lead transitions, training & skill development
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
- At least 2+ years of team handling experience (TL/AM level)
- Strong expertise in:
- End-to-end Revenue Cycle Management
- Payment variance & underpayment analysis
- Denial analytics & appeals management
- Contract models & expected reimbursement methodologies
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
