As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and global product teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions. About the Role
- Conduct market research to analyze fintech trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies that can inform product strategy.
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Support product roadmap planning by helping prioritize features, track progress, and align delivery with business goals.
- Partner with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and global product teams to deliver scalable and user-focused solutions.
- Use product analytics and performance data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to improve usability, adoption, and product value.
- Prepare product specifications, release notes, training materials, and other documentation to support product launches and enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and execution tracking.
- Stay informed on fintech, SaaS, AI, mortgage, lending, and personal finance trends to support future product opportunities.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, fintech, SaaS, or related technology roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, product specifications, or functional documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product and collaboration platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage priorities, support multiple workstreams, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on fintech, lending, mortgage, personal finance, enterprise SaaS, or digital platform products.
- Exposure to AI-powered solutions, automation platforms, analytics tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of product metrics, customer feedback loops, usability improvements, and adoption tracking.
- Experience supporting product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to collaborate with U.S. and international teams across global product and technology environments.
- Interest in building scalable solutions that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
