About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to work on Partner Integration APIs, mainly for Motor Insurance.
The role involves connecting Kiwi with external partners through APIs across the journey of Quote → Proposal → KYC → Payment → Policy Issuance.
What you'll do
- Own API requirements and specifications.
- Work with external partners on integration requirements.
- Track integration progress and resolve/identify blockers.
- Create clear Jira stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain API documentation.
- Help improve partner onboarding and integration experience.
- Work closely with Engineering and external partners.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Analysis or a similar role.
- Insurance experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Able to understand API request/response and error handling.
- Comfortable working with Engineering and external partners.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Motor Insurance, KYC/CKYC, payment gateways or API/platform products is a plus.
