Associate Producer (BD)
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2–5 years
PTF is looking for an Associate Producer to build new business, maintain existing agency and brand relationships, and help take projects from brief to shoot.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and creative teams.
- Generate new leads, bring in briefs, and convert opportunities into projects.
- Stay close to existing clients and proactively grow those relationships.
- Work with directors and the production team on pitches, treatments, budgets, and proposals.
- Keep the pipeline moving from first conversation → brief → pitch → production.
- Be involved on shoots, represent PTF on-ground.
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in ad-film production, preferably in Mumbai.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Commercially minded with a good understanding of creativity and production.
- Comfortable both in client meetings and on set.
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
