Job Description:
Position: Associate Legal and Compliance
Required Skills: AIF/PMS/RIA Compliance /SEBI/ROC/Corporate/Legal.
Qualification: CS and LLB
Experience: 2 yrs to 3yrs in Corporate Law
Job Responsibilities:
· Having knowledge and understanding of the industry’s regulations, AIF/PMS/RIA Compliances and best practices.
· Drafting and vetting of various agreements.
· Review and draft contracts, leases and other documents for the firm corporate clients and advice management on relevant legal matters.
· Having excellent knowledge of SEBI regulations and Corporate law.
· Preparation of documents to be filled with SEBI.
· Responsible for all legal activities including managing /advising /negotiating on all legal matters.
· Ensuring all company secretarial activities including share issuance, forms filing with ROC, managerial appointments.
· Handled end-to-end compliance for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS), including fund formation, regulatory compliances, statutory filings, and audit management.
