About the Role
The Accounts Reconciliation role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of transactions within the logistics and shipping sector.
Responsibilities
- Perform accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in the month-end closing process.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Preferred Skills
- 2 years Experience in the logistics/shipping industry.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary up to $50,000.
