Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars and offline events across international markets. (Before the quarter and 3rd month of the quarter)
- Manage end-to-end webinar operations, including Zoom setup, registrations, email/WhatsApp communication, reminders, attendance tracking, and reporting. (Daily 1 hr)
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Sales, CRM, and regional teams to ensure timely campaign execution ( Twice a day 1.5 hrs)
- Manage attendee registrations, RSVPs, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.(Daily 2hrs also 2hrs for RSVP on the event/webinar day)
- Conduct quality audits of counselor outreach for webinars and offline events. (Daily 2hrs)
- Follow up with attendees and coordinate with Sales/Admissions to track enrollment status. (Daily 1.5hrs)
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering registrations, attendance, enrollments, revenue, marketing spend, and overall performance.(Weekly 1.5hrs)
- Analyze event performance, identify improvement areas, and share actionable insights. (1.5hr)
- Maintain event calendars, trackers, and documentation while driving process improvements. (2hrs)
- Attendee report preparation and Raising request to Yash for lead assignment on non-assigned leads who have attended the event/webinar ( On Event day - 45 Mins)
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
