We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven intern to support our external outreach and stakeholder engagement efforts. You will work closely with the founding team and help build relationships with a range of organizations in the funding and partnership ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Research and profile organizations and individuals across the investment and partnership landscape
- Maintain and update a structured database, checking data accuracy and completeness
- Segment and prioritize contacts based on defined criteria
- Assist in drafting and personalizing professional outreach communications
- Track responses and follow-ups using a CRM or spreadsheet
- Prepare brief summaries and reports on outreach progress
- Support ad hoc research and administrative tasks for the founding team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs or LinkedIn research is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Genuine interest in climate, energy, or startups
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in research, business development, or content writing
- Interest in venture capital or impact investing
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity
