We’re hiring at A Hotel Works, Chennai.
Associate – Hotel Development & Commercial Operations
Chennai | Full-time | 3–6 years’ experience
Annual CTC: ₹6–9 lakh, depending on experience
Help turn hotel plans into opening days.
Great hotel projects need someone who keeps the numbers, paperwork and people in sync. We’re looking for a sharp, organized professional with hands-on experience in hotel development, real estate development or hospitality fit-outs.
What you’ll own:
• Company/SPV setup and GST documentation, working with our CA and company secretary.
• Project bill preparation, submission, supporting approvals and payment follow-up.
• Contracts, work orders, vendor records and project documentation.
• Expense and receivable trackers, with clear updates on pending actions.
• Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
What you’ll bring:
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, including development-stage project billing and documentation.
• B.Com, M.Com or MBA Finance with a strong academic record; CA/CMA Intermediate is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills, familiarity with Tally/Zoho Books, and working knowledge of GST/TDS documentation.
• Clear communication, attention to detail and the initiative to follow things through.
• Comfort with digital and AI tools, with care for accuracy and confidentiality.
