Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of loan operations analysts and managers across shifts and locations.
- Own daily processing of agent notices (rate sets, paydowns, splits and combines, restructures) and ensure bookings are correct and on time.
- Oversee trade settlement through ClearPar and LSTA/LMA documentation, including open trade and delayed compensation tracking.
- Own position and cash reconciliation against trustees, custodians, and prime brokers, and drive break resolution to closure.
- Maintain and strengthen the control framework: daily checks, exception reporting, KPI and SLA reporting, audit and SOC support.
- Manage client relationships, run service reviews, and handle escalations with clients, agents, and internal partners.
- Partner with technology and product on automation, STP improvement, and platform enhancements (SS&C Loans, Geneva).
- Lead client onboarding and migrations, including data conversion and go-live support.

- Hands-on experience with Advent Geneva, SS&C Loans or a comparable loan platform, ClearPar, and Bloomberg or ICE loan data.
- Strong control mindset and experience with reconciliations, audits, and regulatory or client due diligence.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering process automation or operational change is a plus.
