strategic finance leader to join our leadership team and drive financial excellence as we continue to grow.
If you are a
CA with 8–15 years of experience and strong expertise in
FP&A, business finance, financial planning, cash flow, taxation, compliance, and commercial decision-making, this could be your next leadership opportunity.
What You’ll Lead
- FP&A, budgeting, forecasting & MIS
- Profitability, cash flow & working capital management
- Financial reporting, taxation & statutory compliance
- Audit, internal controls & risk management
- Cost optimization & commercial decision support
- Finance process improvement, ERP & automation
- Strategic financial insights for business growth
- Leadership and development of the Finance & Accounts team
What We’re Looking For
- CA with 8–15 years of progressive finance experience
- 3–5 years of leadership experience
- Strong commercial and strategic finance acumen
- Experience in IT Services, System Integration, Infrastructure, Technology, Telecom or Engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and leadership skills
