- Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) or Qualified CA
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Consultant with a strong accounting and finance background and hands-on experience working with ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have real-world implementation, support, configuration, or business process experience in ERP platforms such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Zoho, or similar enterprise applications.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand finance and accounting processes, support ERP-related initiatives, and contribute to process improvement and system optimization projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document finance and accounting business processes.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and validate business requirements.
- Support ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, or optimization projects.
- Configure and test ERP modules as per business requirements.
- Assist in system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and validation of ERP solutions.
- Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end finance processes where required.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, or Financial Reporting processes.
- Experience in ERP implementation, support, business analysis, or functional consulting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP finance modules.
- Exposure to business process mapping and documentation.
- Understanding of system integration concepts and data migration activities.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience will be an added advantage.
