Job Title: Associate Client Servicing Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships, support campaign execution, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions. This role involves understanding client objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery, and contributing to business growth through strategic coordination and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication and build strong relationships.
- Understand client goals and support brand strategy execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely project delivery.
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and task prioritization.
- Ensure quality checks and smooth content execution across platforms.
- Analyze performance data and support reporting and insights.
- Conduct industry and competitor research for strategy support.
- Support team communication and handle basic escalations.
- Assist in report creation, presentations, and financial tracking.
- Manage invoicing, payments, and vendor coordination.
Preferred Skills:
- 2.5–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management in a digital agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Candidates with prior experience working with luxury or beauty brands will be preferred.
