What We're Looking For
✔ **10+ years** of successful leadership experience in Life & Health Insurance Tele Sales.
✔ Proven expertise in setting up and scaling high-performing Tele Sales teams from scratch.
✔ **Candidates with an existing network/team of 50+ Tele Sales professionals will be given strong preference.**
✔ Demonstrated success in driving large-scale Direct Business and consistently delivering exceptional revenue growth.
✔ A dynamic, influential, and people-centric leader who can attract top talent, inspire teams, and create a high-performance culture.
