Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run daily learning experiences focused on foundational math (number sense, patterns, logic, problem-solving), early literacy (phonics, reading fluency, storytelling), and hands-on activities (manipulatives, building, making).
- Work with small groups (1–6 children), providing individual attention.
- Observe children closely, record observations, and adapt the pace, methods, and materials accordingly.
- Create and iterate on learning materials, activities, and routines.
Requirements:
- Prior teaching experience with young children in an early-years or preschool setting (reputed preschool experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication skills.
- Deep respect for a child’s autonomy, curiosity, and natural learning rhythm.
- Strong intuition for how young children learn.
- Ability to execute daily routines while thinking structurally and flexibly about learning design.
- Warm, grounded presence with high patience and emotional intelligence.
