Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)
Job Location: Cyber Hub, Gurugram, Haryana

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth and efficient operations of our premium pure-vegetarian fine-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day outlet operations and ensuring smooth service.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the restaurant service team to achieve operational and service standards.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, grooming and professional conduct are consistently maintained.
- Monitor table allocation, reservations, guest flow and overall floor operations during service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure the team has strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens and dietary requirements.
- Conduct regular briefings and communicate daily operational updates, promotions and service expectations to the team.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Service and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene and adherence to restaurant SOPs.
- Assist in inventory control, wastage monitoring, stock checks and cost-control initiatives.
- Support training, onboarding and performance management of team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety and company policies.
Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in fine dining / premium restaurants / upscale hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends and on public holidays.
Compensation & Interview Process
- Salary: As per experience and suitability; finalized during the physical interview with the Restaurant Manager.
- Interview Mode: Face-to-face / Physical Interview only.
