Job Title: Assistant Professor – Information Technology (IT)
Department: Information Technology / Computer Science & Engineering
LOCATION-NOIDA
SALARY- UP TO 40K /M
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Information Technology.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and laboratory manuals.
Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and seminars.
Use modern teaching methods, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital tools.
Evaluate students through assignments, quizzes, projects, practicals, and examinations.

- Conduct research in IT and emerging technologies.

- Guide student projects, dissertations, and research work.
- Develop innovative teaching and research practices.
4. Laboratory Management
- Supervise IT laboratories and practical sessions.
- Ensure software and hardware resources are functional.
- Update laboratory infrastructure based on curriculum needs.
- Promote safe and effective use of computing resources.
5. Student Mentoring
- Mentor students on academics, internships, and career development.
- Supervise capstone projects and technical competitions.
- Encourage participation in hackathons, coding contests, and innovation challenges.
6. Academic Administration
- Participate in curriculum design and revision.
- Serve on departmental and institutional committees.
- Organize workshops, seminars, conferences, and faculty development programs.
- Assist with accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional documentation.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- M.E./M.Tech. in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant specialization with at least 55% marks.
- Ph.D. in a relevant field is desirable or required as per institutional norms.
- UGC-NET/SET/SLET qualification, where applicable.
- Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Programming: C, C++, Java, Python
- Database: MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server
- Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, Node.js
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
- Operating Systems: Windows and Linux

- Knowledge of AI, ML, cybersecurity, DevOps, and data analytics
