Job details:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for drywall, partition, false ceiling, and interior fit-out projects.
- Analyze the project drawings, specifications, BOQs & tender Documents.
- Conduct the qty take-offs from architectural & Shop Drawings.
- Prepare the material, labor, equipment, subcontractor & overhead cost calculations
- Coordinate with vendors & subcontractors for obtaining competitive quotations & rate updating.
- Identify project risks & inform the Departmental Head to suggest the contingency plan.
- Ensure timely submission of Techno- commercial proposals.
- Monitor market pricing trends for drywall materials, framing systems, gypsum board, Insulation, ceiling systems & accessories.
- Establish & maintain standard costing databases.
- 10.Understand the project profitability & recommend cost-saving options.
- 11.Support procurement teams with technical & commercial evaluations.
- 12.Work closely with the project sales team during the project pre-sale or bidding
- 13.Cross-functional collaboration.
- 14.Co-ordinate closely with the design team to understand design & functionality in totality.
- 15.Participate in client meetings, technical & specification discussions
