Role Description The Assistant Manager - Operations will oversee day-to-day cinema operations at Cinépolis India, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and smooth functioning of all front-of-house and back-of-house activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India includes supervising staff scheduling, monitoring service standards, managing ticketing and concessions, and ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols. The role involves tracking operational performance metrics, optimizing processes for efficiency and cost control, and supporting implementation of corporate initiatives and promotional activities. The Assistant Manager - Operations will coordinate with cross-functional teams, handle escalated customer concerns, and contribute to training and development of team members. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong operations management and process improvement skills, including experience in managing daily retail or hospitality operations.
- Candidates should possess team leadership, people management, and staff training skills to effectively guide and motivate on-site teams.
- Candidates should possess customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills to ensure positive guest experiences and handle escalations.

- Relevant experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, or entertainment operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in standard office and POS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
