We are looking for an
Assistant Manager – Investor Relations to support investor relations, financial planning, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial modelling, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and investor coordination.
Experience: 0 – 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Support accounts payable/receivable, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Prepare financial models, budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Conduct financial statement analysis, business analysis, and valuation.
- Coordinate with investors and prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and fundraising materials.
- Support due diligence, investment documentation, and investor communications.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.
- Assist with statutory compliance, audit, tax, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
- Support commercial activities, proposals, contracts, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of financial and business operations.
