Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and timely closure of monthly and annual books. The individual will prepare and analyze financial statements as per IND AS, assist in budgeting and forecasting and support cost control initiatives for various projects and business units. The role includes overseeing compliance with statutory requirements, coordinating with auditors and tax consultants, and ensuring accurate documentation for regulatory filings. The Assistant Manager Finance will collaborate closely with operations, project management, and senior leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making and long-term business planning.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
(i) Strong Banking exposure
(ii) Hands-on experience in Bookkeeping
(iii) Expertise in IND AS & Financial Statement Preparation
(iv) Working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
(i)Financial reporting in IND AS
(ii) Managing tax filings and regulatory compliance
(iii)Supporting audits, internal controls, and process improvements
(iv)Assisting in strategic finance initiatives including fundraising & due diligence
(v) MIS reporting, financial analysis, and dashboarding.
