- Develop and implement community mobilization plans to support project activities.
- Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and meetings with local communities.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and community stakeholders.
- Identify key stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels.
- Track community engagement activities and document participation.
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting community interactions, challenges, and recommendations.
- Support monitoring of social impact and compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Address community concerns, grievances, and feedback in coordination with project teams.
