Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, study, and analyze market trends across Kids apparel categories.
Analyze market research and consumer insights to forecast future trends.
Translate emerging trends into commercially viable and saleable product options.
Drive sales targets and profitability while maintaining desired margins.
Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of fashion, variety, quality, and pricing.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) deliveries.
